WHAT TO EXPECT

If you have booked your class and filled in your client record form, have a look below to give you a better idea of what to bring and to expect before and during class.

What to wear?

• Please make sure you wear comfortable, stretchy clothing and if possible something that can expose your knees as I need to see your knees for the body assessment.

What to bring?

• Please bring water and a small towel to class

Pilates is Hands on

• Please let me know if it's ok if I can physically manipulate/adjust you while we work in class and during the body assessment too.

We Supply all the Equipment

• I supply all the equipment for the class including the mats but you are welcome to bring your own if you feel more comfortable. If you do bring your mat please ensure it is at least 1.5cm think or thicker as we will do spinal articulation which yoga mats don't support.

5 Minute massage

• For the final 5 minutes of class I give a brief massage with a physio tool, please state if you do not wish to have the massage.

Class can be a bit longer than an hour

• If you are every pressed for time please let me know at the beginning of class as sometimes we run over 5/10 minutes.
